A TEAM of 17 cyclists from Kia's head office completed the gruelling 54 mile London to Brighton bike ride last weekend to raise over £3,000 for the British Heart Foundation (BHF).
Kia's team was amongst the 27,000 riders who left from Clapham Common early on Sunday morning and battled against the melting tarmac and 32 degrees C heat to reach the finish line on Brighton's scenic coast.
The Kia team were easy to spot in their Kia gear as they weaved their way through various villages and appreciated the water sprayed on them by locals as they passed through.
Sue Cugley from Kia's Press Office led the team and said: "London to Brighton was a great event to take part in and we are delighted to be able to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. The team embodied Kia's own 'exciting and enabling values' and they 'thought about it' choosing to promote a healthy lifestyle and continue Kia's support for the BHF."
