PUPILS at a Gwent school got in a stir over healthy food.
As part of their healthy eating curriculum, Year 6 children at Penygarn Primary School, Pontypool worked with school cooks to make healthy lunches, including tortilla wraps and chilli.
Deputy head teacher Martin Jones said the exercise was designed to introduce children to new foods as well as improve their diets.
Mr Jones said: "Our subject this term was healthy eating and we have a new school cook who is eager to promote better diets, so it seemed the ideal opportunity to put theory into practice."
