The Rolls-Royce 100EX convertible will take pride of place at this year's Cartier International Polo on Sunday 24 July at the Guards Polo Club, in Royal Windsor Great Park. Rolls-Royce Motor Cars will be the official sponsor of The Prince of Wales Team for the second year.
Ian Robertson, Chairman and Chief Executive of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars said: "We are delighted to support The Prince of Wales Team and to be a part of this prestigious date in the polo calendar. The Rolls-Royce 100EX is the forerunner of the new convertible we will launch in 2007 and I cannot think of a finer setting for our car than on this special occasion, at the height of the summer season."
The Guards Polo Club celebrates its Golden Jubilee in 2005. Roddy Williams, Captain of the Prince of Wales polo team said: "I am once again indeed honoured to be Captain of the Prince of Wales team when we face the Hurlingham Polo Association team at the premier event of the season - the Cartier International day in July. We are delighted that the team is being sponsored by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars for the second year running and, in the words of Sir Henry Royce, we shall 'strive for perfection in everything we do' in order to ensure success on the day."
