LEXUS has once again topped the latest Dealer Attitude Survey, conducted by the National Franchised Dealers Association (NFDA), confirming its relationship with its UK centre network as the strongest and most effective in the industry. The results of the survey show Lexus outperforming all other brands and achieving a maximum satisfaction rating in a number of key areas.

Lexus ranked first in 33 out of the 44 questions asked in the survey. When dealers were asked to rate the value of holding their franchise in comparison to all other franchises, Lexus was ranked first with a score of 9.8 out of ten, ahead of Mini and BMW.

The NFDA survey, conducted twice a year, measures aspects of the dealers' business relationships with their manufacturer or vehicle importer. Lexus' definitive performance in the survey was highlighted with particularly positive views from the centres about vehicle supply, profit potential, training and warranty.

Steve Settle, Lexus director, said: "This survey is a clear reflection of the effective and sustainable relationship that Lexus has developed with our great centre network. An efficient and productive association between Lexus and the centre network ensures our customers continue to receive superior levels of service."
