WALES are set to be unchanged for their biggest game for almost 30 years when they shoot for the Grand Slam against Ireland at the Millennium Stadium on Saturday.
Coach Mike Ruddock is set to keep faith with the side which demolished Scotland by a record margin at Murrayfield on Sunday as they bid to create some history of their own.
The sense of occasion will be enormous as Wales go for their first Grand Slam for 27 years and the first since the Five Nations became the Six Nations Championship.
Fans are falling over themselves to try to get to the match, and crazy prices are being asked for tickets on the black market, in some cases £2,000 for a pair.
The atmosphere will be incredible as over 74,000 pack into the stadium, 20,000 more than the last occasion Wales went for broke because of the increased capacity.
The pressure on the team will, therefore, be enormous which is something they will have to try to deal with if they are to achieve immortality.
Ruddock clearly has every confidence in his players as he prepared to announce an unchanged team after the heroics of Murrayfield.
The only doubts were because of injury, wing Rhys Williams, hooker Mefin Davies and replacement threequarter Hal Luscombe all taking knocks at Murrayfield.
Williams suffered a recurrence of his calf injury and left the field during the second half, as did Davies with a 'dead leg' while Luscombe's hamstring played up a bit as well when he replaced Williams.
But the signs are that all will be fit after treatment this week, though a slight problem is the one day less to prepare given Wales' Sunday game.
The bench is also expected to be the same with Michael Phillips scrum half replacement rather than Gareth Cooper, whose ankle injury he suffered in last week's tsunami game at Twickenham is not expected to recover in time.
Wales (probable): K Morgan, R Williams, T Shanklin, G Henson, S Williams, S Jones, D Peel, G Jenkins, M Davies, A Jones, B Cockbain, R Sidoli, R Jones, M Owen (captain), M Williams. Replacements: H Luscombe, C Sweeney, M Phillips, J Yapp, R McBryde, J Thomas, R Sowden-Taylor. Kick off 3.30pm.
