TWO Gwent youngsters were handcuffed together for nine hours in aid of Comic Relief.
Cousins Shane Wall, 11, and Jade Pritchard, ten, both from Risca, spent all Saturday handcuffed together and raised £166 for the charity. Shane's mum, Michelle Wall, said the pair, who attend Risca Primary, carried on enjoying their day off by shopping and spending time in town despite being handcuffed together.
She said: "They did very well raising money and it's for a very worth-while cause.
"I am very proud of them both and would like to thank everyone who donated money."
