WALES forward Robert Sidoli insists that his side have learnt from the mistakes which saw them lose at Murrayfield two years ago.

Their form in Scotland is nothing short of woeful having only won once in twenty visits to Murrayfield.

And two years ago despite travelling up as favourites Wales still suffered a shock defeat. But Sidoli has warned that there will be no repeat and that Wales have learnt from their mistakes.

"I think two years ago we really underestimated Scotland," said Sidoli.

"We travelled up as favourites and were well beaten and we can't let the same thing happen. "We have learnt from our mistakes and are a better team this time around and there is a strong belief in this squad."

Second row forward Sidoli is well aware of the challenge awaiting Wales on Sunday and feels that the lineouts this weekend will be key.

He said Scotland probably has one of the best lineouts in this Six Nations so we all know what challenge to expect.

"But having said that we are still favourites and the form team and we can't afford to come off second best.

"We have to dictate things early on and can't allow them to get their tails up."

l Wales coach Mike Rudd-ock has delayed the team announ-cements until Wednesday lunch-time with some key members of his squad still struggling with injury.

The main doubts are at hooker and on the wing, with Robin McBryde, Steve Jones and Mefin Davies all struggling as well as Dragons wing/centre Hal Luscombe and Cardiff Blues wing/full back Rhys Williams also doubtful.

All five players face fitness tests today but coach Ruddock is hopeful that they will still be able to play apart this weekend.

But Dragons scrum half Gareth Cooper is expected to miss out after injuring his ankle in Saturday's Tsunami game at Twickenham.
