"FAME - I'm going to live forever!" It brings back such memories of Alan Parker's film and the enormously successful television series from the 1980s.
Now Fame - The Musical is the smash hit dance explosion that has delighted more than 3.5 million people since its critically-acclaimed West End launch.
At Cardiff's New Theatre, join the star struck pupils on their rollercoaster ride through triumph, heartache and romance at New York's High School for the Performing Arts. The highs and lows are too much for some, but these kids are determined to live forever as they rocket through breathtaking dance routines and unforgettable songs.
Said to star the UK's hottest, young talent, the 30-strong cast team up with a live band to bring this enduring story to the stage.
It is advised the show is unsuitable for children under the age of 12. It plays at the New Theatre from Monday, January 24 to Saturday, January 29.
Tickets are priced from £7 to £26 and are available by calling the box office on 029 20 878889 or online at www.newtheatrecardiff.co.uk
