DO Me Bad Things release a new single next week and play South Wales the day after.
The nine-piece 'soul' band's (eight of them are vocalists) latest is Time For Deliverance.
On it Nicholai Prowse competes for vocal duties with Chantal Delusional. The rest of them are Rich Man (guitar), Louie Lewis (guitar, bass and vocals), Clara Mac (vocals), Ad Lick (bass and vocals), Hurricane Tommy (drums, guitar and vocals), Kimberley Diamonde (vocals), and The Woods (vocals).
They're the first band to release a record through the newly forged partnership between Must Destroy and Atlantic Records.
Formed on Valentine's Day 2003, the band's big line-up bring a host of influences to bear on their sound from Queens of the Stone Age to Steely Dan.
However, their largeness and penchant for singing suggests, somewhat alarmingly, a similarity with the Polyphonic Spree. Do Me Band Things play Barfly, Cardiff on Tuesday, October 26.
