A GWENT engineering firm has been badly hit in a petrol bomb attack, causing £50,000-worth of damage.
The premises of Llanfoist-based DT Civils were broken into and an accelerant was used to destroy a portable office.
DT Civils' co-owner, Tony Carter, said the attack had badly affected business.
He said: "The whole cabin, our office, was destroyed. "We are offering a reward for anyone who comes forward with information leading to an arrest."
He said he had no idea why anyone would want to attack his premises. Police say the motive for the October 4 attack is unknown.
Detective sergeant Howard Salmon of Abergavenny division said: "Enquiries are ongoing and we appeal to anyone who has information about the incident to come forward."
Anyone with information about the incident should call 01873 852273.
