Designed by Chris Loyn
Duffryn Oaks is being designed by Chris Loyn, one of Wales' leading architects. You will, perhaps, have seen him making regular television appearance on the BAFTA award winning series 'Hot Houses.' His architectural practice, Loyn and Co, has won many design awards including a short list for the coveted Sterling Prize, Welsh Housing Awards, Civic Trust awards and a Royal Institute of British Architects Award.
At Duffryn Oaks, Chris wants to create something unique - to blend together the best of traditional Welsh architecture and style with modern requirements for warm sunny rooms, large south facing windows, and high standards of comfort - and do it in a way that creates a 'wow' factor for every house,
