CROWDS enjoyed the showers and the sunshine alike at Ponthir Village Show, the first for 15 years.
Villagers young and old turned out to for the annual fun day which took place on Saturday.
There were bric-a-brac stalls in the village hall and a barbecue outside to make sure that nobody went away hungry.
Other attractions included Shetland pony rides, a bouncy castle, a kickboxing display and plenty more.
And all the proceeds from the day will go towards the upkeep of Ponthir village hall.
