MAZDA is re-introducing the special edition Mazda6 Sakata for September 2004 after its hugely successful appearance earlier this year. Previously available in March, all 500 limited edition models sold out rapidly.
The Mazda6 Sakata will be available in either a five-door hatchback body style costing £13,295 on-the-road, or an attractive estate version priced at £14,795 on-the-road. Hatchback models are powered by Mazda's lively MZR l.8-litre 120ps (118bhp) petrol engine, and estate cars come equipped with 2.0-litre 141ps (139bhp) petrol engine.
Based on the entry-level Mazda6 S model, the Mazda6 Sakata also includes some great extras such as a single CD player, metallic paint and a strikingly styled rear spoiler. It will be offered in two colours brand new to the standard Mazda6 range; Strato Blue and Sparkling Silver.
