A BARCLAYS local business manager from Chepstow has scooped a national award.
Alison Ferriman was presented with the Barclays national Dream Machine Award in recognition of her outstanding contribution to sales and service during 2003.
The prize comes with £2,000 of holiday vouchers.
Ms Ferriman said: "The prize is fantastic and I can't wait to take the family on a dream holiday.
"It's wonderful to be recognised by your employer for doing something you enjoy.
"I pride myself in really understanding my customers businesses and offering the best possible service available."
When selecting the winners, the judges were looking for qualities such as commitment, business awareness, creativity, impact on the community, personal contribution, and partnership.
Barclays' local business chief for South-East Wales, Gareth Thomas, said: "Alison is very committed to her customers and the local community. "This is an important way of recognising her contribution."
