THE "Magic Group of Companies", owners of four Harley-Davidson dealerships, took the motorcycle with the ultimate styling to a new heady height at the "La Dolce Vita" ball last weekend. The multiple award-winning Harley-Davidson V-Rod was given the superstar treatment with a fantastic painting of headline singer Beyonce Knowles - selling for 365,000 in the charity auction.
The chart-topping diva was more than happy to sign the unique motorcycle, not once but twice, attracting huge crowds and numerous bidders for the charity auction; raising money for the Cantor Fitzgerald Relief Fund.
Painted by Essex-based artist Paul Karslake, the "Beyonce V-Rod" - featuring a stunning picture of the star in a striking white dress - was completed in just 48-hours; ready to be ridden on stage by ex-GP champion and Magic Group director Paul Lewis at La Dolce Vita.
Paul Lewis said: "It was like a match made in heaven, the spectacular looks and performance of the V-Rod together with the sexiest performer around, and all done in just 48 hours! The reaction to the bike was phenomenal and there was some heated bidding going on before the hammer fell for a staggering £65,000. This is certainly a motorcycle like no other."
