Summer temperatures are set to soar over the next few years and Brits are finally waking up to it! With sales of convertible cars up by 32% on last year we are fast embracing the 'al fresco' lifestyle favoured by our European friends. And now comes the next logical step - the convertible cab.
Hagen-Dazs polled the nation to ask what their favourite mode of transport was in the summer. Busy buses and taxing trains got the thumbs down but cabs came out top so we decided to give the UK a treat by taking their tops down!
Travelling is set to be a more comfortable and cooler experience from tomorrow as Hagen-Dazs unveils the UK's First ever convertible black cab. Now we can get around with the sun on our faces and the wind through our hair in this original Hackney taxi-cab which comes complete with:
Jump seats A retractable roof A chauffeur Its very own ice cream fridge!
The launch of the convertible cab officially celebrates the launch of Dulce de Leche - Hagen-Dazs' new Latin American inspired ice cream.
