A BEER brewed in Cwmbran is going on sale in supermarkets around Gwent.
Tesco are stocking Crow Valley beer in their Gwent stores as part of a national initiative with local breweries.
James MacKenzie, Tesco's beer buying manager, said: "Customers told us they wanted a greater choice from local breweries, so customers in Gwent can now get their Crow Valley.
"We are pleased to be working with an increasing number of micro breweries and see this as a great opportunity to grow this sector of the market."
Mathew Lewis, of Cwmbran Brewery, said the company was pleased its beer, brewed using innovative fresh natural ingredients, is being sold throughout Gwent.
The company hopes to continue expanding and plans to launch a new bottled beer later this year.
