PIAGGIO is making scootering even more stylish with the arrival of the new word in city freedom, the Liberty. With classic Italian style and elegance, the Liberty is the perfect practical, economical transport solution for everyone.
The Liberty, available in both 50cc and 125cc displacements, is a light and agile scooter that promises a simple, stylish and stress-free journey. With excellent handling swift acceleration and large wheels for added stability, the Liberty navigates the city streets with ease, even when they're jammed.
The modern, sophisticated look of the Liberty has been ergonomically designed to ensure total rider comfort and protection. The large front shield protects the rider from the elements whilst also contributing to the aerodynamic profile of the bike.
The Liberty's large front headlamp has an eye-catching retro feel and is designed to maximise rider visibility in all weathers. The spacious seat and clever foldaway footrests that flip out of the bodywork when needed, make the Liberty ideal for carrying a passenger. At the rear of the bike, the sleek design is continued with clearly visible indicators and chrome trims.
The Liberty's sharp acceleration and pick-up is provided by a Hi-PER2 two-stroke engine on the 50cc displacement, whilst the 125cc displacement utilises Piaggio's four-stroke Leader engine. The bike also has an excellent power to weight ratio to further enhance performance, as well as a disc braking system that supplies the bikes with responsive brakes.
The new Liberty is available from Piaggio dealerships nationwide priced at £1,399 (50cc) and £1,599 (125cc) OTR in either Imperial Blue or Excalibur Silver.
