Artificial intelligence, computer games development and multimedia technology are just three of the hi-tech areas covered in an exciting new series of courses starting in September at the University of Wales, Newport.
"We have developed these exciting new courses in order to prepare technically astute graduates who want to develop a career in the convergent Internet and Multimedia industries" said Alan Hayes, Dean of the School of Computing and Engineering.
"We are introducing courses in Artificial Intelligence and Games Development, Internet and Network Technology, Internet and Multimedia Technology, Networked Information Systems and Computer Systems and Networks.
"I would encourage anybody who wishes to enter these industries to come and have a chat with us at one of our forthcoming Visit Days."
