REMPLOY has teamed up with Learndirect and two Welsh training companies to provide online learning for its 1,000 staff in Wales.
The employment for the disabled specialist is making the courses available at its 12 Welsh factories to help disabled employees gain new qualifications and skills.
Training specialist Acom Business Services and management consultancy Fusion Better Business, based in Cardiff Bay, are working with Remploy to set up the new infrastructure.
Each factory will have an IT study centre, where staff can go to learn IT, business or life skills.
All the centres will have trained staff to help employees along.
Remploy's regional learning adviser, Denise Taylor, said: "The centres are well-equipped and offer excellent support."
Head of Learndirect in Wales, Jeff Greenidge, said: "The flexibility of using Learndirect to access courses online is ideal for businesses and organisations like Remploy - especially where the staff work shifts.
"Courses are broken down into bite-sized chunks, which means that learners can study at a pace that suits them."
Remploy plans to have all 12 learning centres open by late spring.
