A QUEUE of proud mothers and fathers with their little Christmas Cuties lined up at the Kingsway Centre in Newport from October 27 - November 1, 2003, for The South Wales Argus Annual Christmas Cutie competition.
The large number of Cuties kept the photographers at BCR clicking away for the entire week. This year's entries came thick and fast, barely giving the photographers a chance to change film.
Children aged up to five years entered one of four age categories to be crowned The South Wales Argus Christmas Cutie 2003.
Kate Parry, Argus Christmas Cutie controller, said: "I am really pleased with the response to this year's campaign, I think it's going to be a close competition! I am hoping that next year we will be able to do a few venues over a couple of weeks. I would like to thank the Kingsway Centre, BCR Photography, Think SMS, Fusion and Adams for all their support."
