MONMOUTHSHIRE'S hidden treasures will hit the small screen this weekend in a popular BBC programme.
The Antiques Roadshow will be aired from Abergavenny, after being filmed last spring.
Thousands of visitors from across Gwent turned out for the show, hoping to be told their porcelain was priceless and ageing heirlooms worth a fortune.
The episode was recorded in April when proud owners started gathering outside Abergavenny's leisure centre from 6.30am with collectables including jewellery, books, toys and furniture. The show will now be screened on BBC1 on Sunday at 6.45pm.
