OF the Welsh bands gracing the green, green grass of Glastonbury this weekend Rocketgoldstar are the ones closest to the festival's ethos.
The Cardiff-based prog rock band will play three times on various stages or tents over the extended weekend.
Inhabitants of The Avalon Field indulged in their monster bass solos and spectacular jams last night between 9 and 10pm.
And if you missed it, they're there again on Saturday, June 28, from 1.30-2.30pm. Then that night the band will retreat to The Otherworld tent for a monster four-hour jam starting at just around midnight.
Rocketgoldstar release a new EP this summer. See the band's stunning website at www.rocketgoldstar.com for more information.
