TINY tots welcomed some special visitors to their playgroup - a local fire crew.
Children aged two and three received their first safety lessons when firefighters from New Inn fire station visited the Little Sunbeams playgroup.
The children were given a mini-tour of the fire-engine, and were able to try out some of its gadgets - with the hose reels proving popular.
The visit was part of the Fire Service's fire safety community initiative.
