EBBW Vale and Swansea yesterday suspended players involved in a mass punch-up at St Helens a fortnight ago and said they now regarded the matter as closed.
Vale suspended No 8 Will Thomas for four weeks after his punch fractured Swansea scrum half Rhodri Jones cheekbone in four places.
The All Whites banned flanker Dean Thomas for one week for his involvement.
Last week, Vale fined five un-named players for their parts in the brawl in a match Swansea won 21-17.
Jones, expected to be out of action for six weeks, has already said he does not intend to pursue the matter further.
In a statement, Swansea team manager Richard Moriarty said: "The incident (mass brawl) was unacceptable and both clubs felt something had to be done and had to be seen to be done.
"The action we have taken is in line with the International Rugby Board's rulings on such incidents.
Hopefully a line can now be drawn under the matter."
Ebbw Vale coach Mike Ruddock commented: "We weren't happy with the fact there was a mass punch-up, especially in this professional era, and we fined all the players involved last week.
"We had further discussions throughout this week with Swansea and after further action are pleased we can now draw a line under everything.
"Our best wishes go to Rhodri Jones."
