NEWPORT trio Percy Montgomery (pictured), Ofisa Tonu'u and Adrian Garvey are in the Barbarians squad for two matches this week.

The games are against London Irish in a testimonial for Jarrod Cunningham, their former player now suffering from motor neurone disease, and against Leicester in a Neil Back benefit match.

The Newport trio will play in either match, though not both. All have played for the Baa-baas before.

A strong Newport XV play Cwmbran at the Kings Head ground tomorrow night (7.15pm) in aid of Amber Hartland, who is suffering from a rare genetic disorder.

The team will be the one due to play at Caerphilly on Saturday minus the three Barbarians.

Shane Howarth will play at full back with Jason Strange at outside half partnered by David Llewellyn, who is just returning from a three-year spell out of action with Achilles' tendon trouble. Chris Anthony will be at tight head prop.

A number of development players will take over in the second half.

Newport have finally rearranged their Welsh League Premier Division match at Swansea, postponed on November 2, for Tuesday May 13.
