SCHOOL pals of Jenna Baldwin (pictured) today pay their own heart-rending tributes to the tragic teenager.
The 15-year-old's body was found in a shallow grave on Monday night, ten weeks after she went missing from her Abersychan home.
Your Argus gave Jenna's friends from Abersychan Comprehensive School the chance to print their messages of love and support.
Among them is 15-year-old Chloe Johnson's message to Jenna: "You could always make me happy when I was down. Thank you."
And friend Kayleigh Wheeler, 16, writes: "Jenna will remain in our hearts forever." The school's assistant head teacher, Ann Morgan, said many of Jenna's friends were "greatly distressed".
She said: "Her friends wished to express their love for Jenna through their tributes." Many of them are today expected to lay floral tributes near the spot where her body was found.
Meanwhile, drivers using the B4246 could hold information vital to the Jenna inquiry, police say. Officers are appealing for people who use the road to cast their minds back to September 5-12. Jenna's body was found near a layby on the road, at Fiddler's Elbow. The road is the main route between Blaenavon and Abergavenny.
Chief Inspector John Oliver said: "We are keen to hear from anybody who may have seen any vehicles parked in the layby, or anyone acting suspiciously any time of day or night to contact us."
The road is expected to be fully opened early this morning.
Jenna's stepfather, Michael Baldwin, has been charged with her murder.
