A JURY was sworn in at Norwich Crown Court for the trial of three men, charged with the murder of Big Issue seller Keith Swan from Newport.
Mr Swan (pictured) died from serious head injuries after an incident in Norwich city centre last January.
Edward North, 19, a butcher from Rowington Road, Oliver Guthrie, 19, unemployed, from Hughenden Road and Martyn Armstrong, 20, a labourer from The Boltons, Hales, near Loddon, are accused of Mr Swan's murder.
The trial is expected to last two weeks.
