ATOMIC Kitten star Jenny Frost was fined £400 after Gwent Police collared her for speeding.
And now the star of the band after whom a British Touring Car Championship team was named has been banned from driving for 28 days.
The pop star whose band has had number one hits with Eternal Flame and Whole Again admitted driving at 110 miles per hour on the M4 near Caldicot on December 4 last year at 10.45 pm.
She was driving her new MG ZR sports car and during a short hearing at Chepstow magistrates court, admitted speeding.
Her spokesman said she was returning to her home in London after a concert in Cardiff. The car she was driving was a new MG ZR sports car which had only been delivered that day.
The spokesman said: "When she was stopped by the police she co-operated fully and she is very sorry for breaking the law".
Ms Frost said: "I'll miss driving it and I'll be counting down the days before I can get behind the wheel again".
MG cars sponsor Atomic Kitten and gave each member of the band a special model of the MG ZR as a Christmas present.
