BLACKWOOD'S Samoan centre Jagger To'o has not been cited for causing an injury to Aberavon centre Barry Maddocks in the clubs' recent encounter.
Maddocks suffered a fractured cheekbone in a tackle by To'o and considered citing the player, believing the tackle high and reckless.
But after viewing the video, he said: "The tackle was not late and though I was caught by his head it looks as though it was accidental."
Blackwood have maintained all along that To'o, one of their top performing players this season, was not guilty of recklessness.
l Newport HSOB won 21-6 at Llanhilleth last night to make it three wins from their last four games in Division Four East. Simon Walker, Paul Wrench and Lee Blunt scored tries, Andrew Screen converting them.
