LLANWERN are looking for swift revenge over Garw.
They suffered a 2-1 Division One defeat at Garw last week, but now have home advantage in the quarter-finals of the Cynffig Motor Factors Cup. And Llanwern, beaten at Neath in the league in midweek, could be boosted by the return of Josh Collins, Troy Quarterly and Graham Poyner who all face fitness tests.
Third Division Albion Rovers seek a semi-final place but their odds have lengthened because the league have told them to play at Blaenrhondda.
Albion, who beat Newcastle Emlyn in a midweek third round tie, wanted to play at home on Sunday because Newport County are also at Newport Stadium. Club officials were rather peeved when the league told them they had to switch venues.
Fields Park-Pontllanfraith are the third Gwent club seeking a last-four place. They travel to Gwynfi.
Caerleon are at home to Penrhiwceiber, aiming to place the brake on a First Division slide.
Denis McCoy, Caerleon player-manager, said: "We have had a bad run and over the next two or three weeks we have some crunch games against sides in our half of the table. We are desperate to break the losing run. If we play anything like last week we are in with a good shout."
Tredegar will be looking to keep their Division Two promotion hopes alive but face a difficult game at home Garden Village.
Treowen, facing a difficult game at Briton Ferry, are still without the suspended trio of Simon Evans, Chris Gingell and Dean Anderson. Skipper Richard Molyneux, suffering from the recurrence of a leg injury, faces a fitness test.
Division Three top team Newport YMCA should maintain their lead at the expense of lowly Caerau.
