FOLLOWING a hugely successful autumn season at the Beaufort Theatre, Ebbw Vale, including a record number of sell-outs, the message is to book your tickets for the spring season now!
There is something to suit all tastes, including more high profile music performers. April features Kiki Dee on Friday 12 and, one third of British rock trio Emerson Lake and Palmer, Carl Palmer on Saturday 13.
There is also a rare opportunity to see legend Bob Geldof in concert on April 19. Beaufort welcomes back rock'n'roll tribute band The Counterfeit Stones as well as Scottish singer-songwriter Dougie McLean (February 22) and then Judie Tzuke (March 8).
McLean's music has been used in Hollywood films, including Last of the Mohicans and television dramas and one o f his songs Turning Away, sung by Mary Black, featured in the Jennifer Lopez film Angel Eyes.
Snap Theatre also return on April 18 with My Beautiful Laundrette, one of the two dramas on offer this spring, the other being Bill Bryson's Notes from a Small Island, showing on February 21.
Popular comedian Jeff Green appears in February and a Comedy Club night in the Ballroom in March.
Children will love Ronald McDonald's Adventure in Space which appears on April 9. There is a McDonald's voucher with every ticket purchased.
