WAS it the dagger in the drawing room or the candlestick in the library? Chilling murder mystery evenings are being held at the Llancaiach Fawr tourist attraction in Nelson during the run up to Christmas - so you can decide who committed the dreadful deed for yourself.
A horrible murder has happened at the manor house and, as a guest, you can enjoy a four-course meal in the conservatory restaurant while interrogating suspects and gathering clues to help identify the villain.
These events, at the popular manor house, run every Friday and Saturday night from November 30 to December 22, at 7pm.
The cost of the evenings is £30 per person. Other winter events at Llancaiach Fawr include ghost tours, every Thursday evening in December at 7pm.
Promoters say absolutely nothing is staged so if you see of hear something unearthly - then it's real!
The cost of these popular tours is £5.95 per person - or £9.95 for a combined meal and tour.
And every Sunday from now until Christmas you can join the servants of the manor as they practise carols in the servants' hall, at 12 noon, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm. The tours can be preceded with a traditional Christmas lunch in the Roundhouse restaurant or you can indulge in mulled wine and festive cakes afterwards. Admission is normal price.
Tickets are limited for the murder mystery evenings, so contact 01443 412248 to reserve places.
