RISCA grandmother Christine Webb, 69, is planning to spend her £120,000 bingo jackpot on a holiday abroad - but it won't stop her going to bingo.

She won the cash last Thursday at the Castle Club, Usk Way, Newport, and said she planned to spend the rest of her win on her two children and four grandchildren. She said: "I was sitting there, and my numbers just kept coming in one after the other. My sister-in-law stopped playing and was sat by me shaking like a leaf.

"Then everyone was coming over saying how wonderful it was."

"I feel all right about it, not too shocked, but we haven't actually seen any of the money yet.

"It won't change anything. It will change my children's lives but not ours. "We're going to go on holiday abroad next year - somewhere hot - but we're not sure where yet.

"But it won't stop me going to the bingo every week - even though my friends would go mad if I won again."
