Multi-cultural ska merchant, King Prawn have confirmed a date at TJ's, Newport, after years of leap frogging the town for dates in Cardiff.
The band is one of the best on the current Ska-punk scene, sounding like a ska-ed up Asian Dub Foundation. They are based in London.
So acclaimed are they now that Al Rumjen (vocals), Devil Hands (guitar), Babar Luck (bass) and Nikolai (drums) are about to release their First Offence mini album before releasing their first full length album, Fried in London via Moonska in January.
Expect highly political and racial harmonious quick-paced sermons with infectious backing, slicker than the rest.
King Prawn play TJ's on Thursday November 22 with Bucko 9.
