IAN Woosnam and Bassaleg's Phil Price (pictured) swing into their last-chance saloon tomorrow at the US PGA championship in Atlanta.
The wash-out at last week's Wales Open robbed the pair of the chance to win vital Ryder Cup points.
And with the September date for golf's most prestigious tournament drawing ever closer, tomorrow's event is one of the last chances European players have to make the 10 automatic places.
Woosnam is still in 16th spot and needs to finish in the top five - if he is to have the slightest chance of making the team as anything other than a non-playing vice-captain.
Price, meanwhile, has dropped to 10th in the rankings after Wales Open winner Paul McGinley leapfrogged him on Sunday.
Price has been struggling with his golf in the last couple of months and must have a top-10 finish - if his hopes of making the autumn clash do not disappear altogether.
