WALES coach Lyn Howells has rung the changes for the second of his side's five games in Japan.
None of the original line-up that went down 45-41 to Japanese club champions Suntory feature in the starting XV to face a Japan Select Side in Osaka on Wednesday night.
Established internationals Allan Bateman and Craig Quinnell have both passed fitness tests and will be among ten capped players on duty.
The only survivor from Tokyo is Bridgend centre Adrian Durston, who came on as a replacement six minutes into the second half.
Swansea lock Andrew Moore is named as captain against a local side that will be packed full of Australians, New Zealanders and South Sea Islanders.
