One of the leading training providers in Wales has launched a Corporate Academy to deliver a complete package of training and development for key clients.
Talk.training has introduced a one-off annual subscription that will give clients access to a completely outsourced package of training services and facilities.
The Nantgarw-based company aims to become the number-one training services provider in Wales, and its Corporate Academy is a key initiative in its bid to achieve that objective. The scheme is aimed at organisations from both the private and public sectors, offering them a range of features and benefits:
These include: Discounts on all training. Free access to the advice line. On-site training suites. Guaranteed funding. An initial free, no-obligation assessment of training needs.
A selection of packages is available under the Corporate Academy scheme, offering discounts on training and facilities, along with a variety of funded NVQ places.
The academy was formally announced to an audience of staff, clients and stakeholders at a launch at In-Fusion restaurant in Cardiff Bay by managing director Dean Sanders and senior manager Donna Kot.
Dean said: "Our approach is to build strong relationships with clients, enabling us to share ideas and experience to provide the right solution."
