Newport-based architects Willdig Lammie Partnership are seeing an exciting turn in its fortunes having made a number of strategically important decisions in developing the practice over the last two years.

The latest includes the appointment of two of their existing staff to management roles to strengthen the practice's ability to deliver the service qualities they desire for their expanding client base.

Associate Paul Treweeks has taken on the responsibility as design manager. Paul, an experienced architect with a particular interest in the environment and in sustainable architecture, will not become the sole designer but will manage and encourage the design process to strengthen the delivery of Willdig Lammie Partnership's core message, design excellence within commercially viable solutions.

Karl Lewis, a senior technician with the practice for many years, has assumed responsibility of technical manager to manage the production process ensuring the quality of product and delivery of the service.

Karl's appointment further emphasises Willdig Lammie Partnership's commitment to its promise of design excellence aligned with its commercial approach in providing realistic solutions for its clients.

Practice director Campbell Lammie confirmed that the appointments were, yet another recognition of the demands clients rightly place upon their architects.

He said: "More and more clients, financiers and those assessing schemes look for the highest quality of service. With Paul and Karl as part of our highly motivated team we are responding to that demand."
