An award-winning Welsh financial adviser has been hand-picked to help run a ground-breaking financial project, featured on national television.
Saran Allott Davey, managing director of Heron House Financial Management, of Newport, last year won a national independent financial adviser (IFA) award. Now she has been selected to help lead AXA Avenue - featured on TV by Channel 4 and the BBC - which will highlight a series of financial case studies.
The scheme has been devised by the financial services and insurance giant AXA, and will show how proper financial Planning can make a major contribution to personal wealth.
Saran, Woman IFA of the Year 2005, said: "I'm delighted to have been chosen to help with this showcase project. It's flattering to be singled out - but our very special team of advisers here all play a really important part in offering clients service levels which are really rare in any industry."
Saran, a Certified Financial Planner (and one of the highest qualified advisers in the country), has run her own practice for the last 12 years. The practice is run as a team with four qualified advisers and six trained and experienced support staff, giving clients a high quality, efficient financial service.
Co-director Chris Jordan is, like Saran, a former chairman of the Institute of Financial Planning in South Wales, and an award winner in his own right. Chris specialises in financial planning for business owners and professionals.
Their practice, in Bryngwyn Road, Newport, specialises in all aspects of financial planning including estate planning, investments and helping people to achieve their financial goals.
