Faye Dickson, Ben Frampton and Ruth Mansfield all took part in the Cardiff Half Marathon for the Argus-backed Sparkle Appeal
THREE Argus reporters running the Cardiff half marathon in aid of the Sparkle appeal have smashed their sponsorship target, raising £700 to put towards the £10 million centre for disabled children in Gwent.
Faye Dickson completed the race in 2:18:26, Ruth Mansfield finished in a time of 1:59:01 and Ben Frampton came in at 1:39:39.
Other Argus staff crossing the finish line included reporter Chris Wood who scored a time of 1:39:33, while Free Press' Keith Fairbank was just the 24th person complete the run in a time on 1:15.
