THERE were some spooky goings on at the Argus offices yesterday.
A witch was spotted several times around the newsroom, but it was just Penny Howe from the circulation dressed up as part of a company promotion.
Penny was just one of hundreds of people to get in the 'spirit' of things over the weekend.
