WELSH Labour leader Carwyn Jones hit back today at Lib Dem leader Nick Clegg's claim that Labour's dominance was at an end, said: "I remember people saying that in the mid-80s.
"It was wrong then and it's wrong now.’’ He said a number of outcomes were possible in the election, but a majority Lib Dem government was unlikely.
"If you're talking about a party in government, it's Labour or Conservative - that's it.
"That's the one thing that people don't want to see is a Tory government and the best way of ensuring that is to vote Labour.
"There's no doubt the Lib Dems have made an impression since last week so what we will be saying to people is 'Nick Clegg - nice man, but no policies that are relevant to Wales'.’’
