"I believe that the main goal of UKIP is to become unnecessary, that is to say to fight and win the battle to restore British democracy and make sure our elected representatives can never again hand over the running of our country to an unelected and unaccountable 3rd party without the express permission of the people via a referendum.
In past times our democracy was bought and subsequently defended with the blood and sacrifice of our loved ones but has since been stolen away by the very people who should have valued it the most- our MPs.
I feel this betrayal quite keenly; it is a crime to erode our freedom and it should be made a crime in statute if and when UKIP gains the trust of the British people in a general election.
Britain is broke and the politicians that made it so are ever more remote, self serving and mendacious. Its time for real change, a change that will save Britain; it's time for UKIP. "
