THERE were a number of frantic visitors to the lost property tent yesterday, in search of something extremely valuable - their pregnant wives.
Eirwen Price, from Anglesey, is working in the tent and said: "We've already had three expectant fathers in, really worried because they couldn't find their pregnant wives.
"They asked if they could leave messages for them, but unfortunately there is no facility for that."
She said that with the huge crowds, there seemed to be more people losing family members than any item.
With no mobile phones allowed and the course covering such a large area, she said some got separated.
Ms Price added: "There was another couple who came in today and had left their children with a nanny for the first time.
"They asked if there was a number the nanny could call if there was an emergency, but unfortunately we can't do that here either."
