A NUMBER of sites in Torfaen have been proposed for mobile phone base stations.
The mobile phone network O2 currently has 12 existing sites in Torfaen.
This is where sites have been approved but are not yet operational.
The network has proposals for three new sites at Melbourne Court in Greenmeadow, Pentwyn Precision Engineering and the Polo Grounds in Pontypool.
Vodafone has 10 existing sites in the borough and has proposals for four more which includes County Hall in Cwmbran.
Orange has 12 existing sites in Torfaen but does not propose any new sites.
T-Mobile has a mobile phone base station in Pontypool and proposes creating stations at Cwmbran FC, Talywain RFC and on Osborne Road in Pontnewynydd.
The three network has four existing sites which have all been built but does not plan to create any new sites in the borough.
