A GWENT council is promising to bring some of Britain’s top business people to the region at an event this June.
Back 2 Business, organised by Monmouthshire council, will hit venues across the county from June 6, with days of activities and events aimed at boosting local business and entrepreneurship.
Confirmed speakers include chief executive of Sir Terry Matthew’s investment vehicle Wesley Clover and Microsoft’s head of skills and economic affairs Stephen Uden.
The launch event on June 6 will be hosted by BBC Wales TV broadcaster Jason Mohammed.
There will also be an opportunity to win tickets to a dinner and networking event through the council’s Twitter feed, @monmouthshirecc Tickets for all events are free.
