PLAID Cymru's Ieuan Wyn Jones has announced he will quit as leader of the party.
The Welsh nationalists were left disappointed following last week's election, which saw them lose four seats.
Since the result, Mr Jones's position as leader has been called into question - something which irked a number of Plaid AMs, who stressed he was the right man for the job.
But today the 61-year-old confirmed that his time at the helm of Plaid was coming to an end.
