A GIANT pumpkin, a charming Prince and a downtrodden young girl called Cinders can only mean one thing - Cinderella is coming to town.
The Riverfront has once again teamed up with The Hiss & Boo Company to bring back the panto team that brought you Dick Whittington, Cinderella, Jack and the Beanstalk and last year’s Aladdin.
The cast, stars Melanie Walters, who played Stacey’s mum Gwen in Gavin and Stacey as the fairy godmother and Newport-born Keiron Self, who has appeared in BBC comedy My Family, as Buttons.
They will be joined by Ugly Sisters Lee Mengo and Richard Elis, of EastEnders fame, and Nichola Lagan as Cinderella for a month-long run from December 1 to January 2.
Tickets are from £6 to £16.50 per person with family tickets available.
