AMERICAN funnyman Rich Hall is back on the road and back at Newport’s The Riverfront next month with a brand new show.
The Edinburgh fringe favourite and Perrier Award winner comes to the city centre venue on Saturday, June 11 at 8pm.
Hall was the star of the recent critically acclaimed BBC4 documentary How the West Was Lost.
And he was most recently seen wowing audiences as one of the performers at both Channel 4’s Comedy Gala at the O2 in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital and at the Comedy Benefit in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust at The Royal Albert Hall.
Hall will be performing in his usual grouchy, deadpan style.
Looking like a Pearl Jamroadie, he particularly likes to lay into Americans and life across the Pond at every opportunity.
Hall is well known in the United States for appearing and writing on The David Letterman Show – for which he won an Emmy Award.
Tickets are £15 and are available from the box office on 01633 656757 and online at newport.gov.uk/theriverfront
